Terms and Conditions
This outline of tour conditions represents part of the terms of transaction stipulated in Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Law, and the contract specifying services rendered for travel and other matters as stated in Article 12-5 of the law.
  1. Contract for Agent-Organized Tours
    1. This contract applies to all tours and packages provided by JHN Travel Ltd.
    2. Details of company organizing tours and Packages
      JHN Travel Limited (hereinafter referred to as "JHN")

    3. JHN shall provide tour arrangements and itinerary management  for the customer
  2. Application for Agent organized Tours
    1. On receipt of application, JHN shall verify with accommodation and transport providers regarding availability of services provided.
    2. JHN shall then inform the customer by email of such availability and request from them a deposit of no more than 20% of the tours cost. 
    3. Upon payment of deposit the contract shall be deemed to come into effect and all conditions of this contract shall be deemed to be understood by the customer.
    4. Where the customer is more than one person, the contract is deemed to be completed with the representative of the customer group.
    5. Reservations shall only be accepted in written form. Written form includes email, fax, or letter. In no circumstances will reservation be accepted via telephone.
  3. Special Conditions
    1. All customers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  
    2. Customers with special needs shall inform JHN of these needs when making an application. JHN will attempt to comply with these requests when feasible and reasonable.
    3. JHN may refuse customer participation in the event JHN deems the guest is likely to interfere with the smooth operation of package tours.
    4. If in the course of the package, the customer needs medical attention, or other assistance, all costs incurred are to be met by the customer.
  4. Payment of tour or package fares
    1. A 20% deposit is required within 7 days of reservation being confirmed
    2. The balance of the tour fare is due 60 days prior to start of the package.
    3. Payment  can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or pay pal service.
    4. All persons the age of 12 or older shall pay the adult fare. Children aged 11 and under shall pay 75% of the adult fare.
  5. Included in the package / tour fare
    1. Transport services as outlined in the tour itinerary. Baggage to be limited to one piece of luggage 50 cm * 60cm * 120cm, plus 1 small carry on item.
    2. Accommodation services as outlined in the tour itinerary.
    3. Meals as outlined in the tour itinerary.
    4. All taxes and service charges
    5. Entrance fee, lift tickets etc as outlined in the itinerary.
    6. In the event the customer decides not to use part of the services provided, the customer shall not receive any refund for unused services.
  6. Not Included in the package tour fare
    1. Charges in excess of standard accommodation fares such as laundry, telephone calls, additional meals & drinks, and other personal expenditures.
    2. Excess baggage charges.
    3. Medical expenditures for injury or illness.
  7. Cancellation of package tour by JHN due to extraordinary circumstances.
    1. JHN may cancel the package tour at any time when the following circumstances prevent the smooth operation of a tour:
      1. Natural Disasters
      2. Civil unrest or War
      3. Weather conditions
      4. Government orders
      5. other circumstances beyond JHN's control.
    1. In the event of such a cancellation, JHN shall refund to the customer all fares paid by the customer to JHN.
    2. In the event a tour is cancelled after the commencement of the tour, then JHN shall refund a portion of the tour fare depending o the amount of service utilized.
  8. Cancellation of package tour by JHN due to customer default
    1. If the customer has not paid the tour fare by the prescribed date, JHN may cancel the Travel Contract. In such cases, the customer shall pay JHN the applicable cancellation charge.
  9. Cancellation of tour package by customer
    1. The customer shall be able to cancel the contract by paying JHN the following cancellation fees.
      1. Cancellation more than 60days before start of tour - 20% of tour charge
      2. Cancellation more than 30 days but less than 59days before start of tour - 50% of tour charge
      3. Cancellation 30 days or less before start of tour - 100% of tour charge
    2. JHN shall refund the remaining amount of the received tour fare(deposit) after deducting cancellation charges.
